Pick what's wrong, work down the list, and tick each box as you go. Most problems are solved before the last step.
Libra Harvest has to be signed in to an Agrimatics Cloud account before it will add a grain cart. The Basic plan is free and is all you need to pair. Use a Google / Gmail address; the cloud signs in with Google.
Seeing "We can't find an existing account for you@gmail.com. Have you already created one from the mobile app?" on the cloud website? There is no account under that email yet. Create it from the app first (left column), or sign in with the Google address the farm already used.
Run these before you try to pair. Each one is a reason we see on the phone every week.
Pair from the app's Settings tab, not from your phone's Bluetooth menu. Stand right next to the Libra box when you do it.
Climb one rung at a time. After each rung, try pairing again and tell us if it worked.
Before you calibrate again, find out whether every bar is pulling its weight. You can calibrate forever and never fix a bad weigh bar.
When the weight wanders and won't settle, find the bar causing it by unplugging the others.
Spotted water in the junction box or green corrosion on the pins? Dry it and clean it first. That alone fixes a lot of drift.
