The Agrimatics Cloud Service backs up your Libra data and lets you view and share it across devices and on the web at cloud.agrimatics.com. Here’s how to get it running and what to do when it won’t sync.

Setting up your cloud account

  1. On a computer, go to cloud.agrimatics.com.

  2. Sign in with a Gmail / Google account (required).

  3. Fill out your contact info, accept the Terms, and click Create.

  4. In the Libra app, open the Cloud tab, tap Enable CloudJoin Existing Account, and enter the access code when prompted.

Cloud won’t sync / “not syncing”

First, confirm the basics: your phone or tablet has an internet connection, and the Libra app is updated to the latest version (App Store / Google Play).

  1. Open the Cloud tab. If it’s synced, you’ll see your user and account name plus a timestamp reading “Updated Just Now.” If not, continue.

  2. Tap Enable CloudJoin Existing Account. It may ask for an access code.

  3. Get a fresh code: log in at cloud.agrimatics.com, go to the Users page, and click Manage Mobile Device (the eyeball icon) next to your username/device. Access codes are one-time use.

  4. If that device is already connected to an app, sign the user out first, then reconnect.

  5. Enter the new access code on the device to restore syncing.

Note: each device uses its own user account, and your data stays safe whether it’s already synced or still waiting on the device.
